How it works — the buyer journey
- Intake: a sold job becomes a permit case (customer, address, job type, jurisdiction).
- Checklist: PermitPilot generates the permit checklist for that job type and flags missing documents.
- Submit: staff mark the permit submitted; the case cannot advance with missing required documents (validation gate).
- Inspection: inspections are scheduled and results recorded; a failed inspection re-opens the checklist.
- Approve & close: a human must explicitly Approve before a case is marked Complete — nothing auto-closes.
Pricing (untested hypothesis): $250 one-time setup + $99/month per crew. Billing not connected — no payment is taken on this page.
